Hey there, anyone who wants to know the best way to make a logo really quickly and for free! I have been working on logos for a while now, and I have almost perfected my method of doing it. In this blog post, I will teach you step by step how to do the whole process from the beginning to the end. Lets get started! 1) What size would you like your logo to be? 2) Choose what type of font you want your name in. 3) Fill in your name below with what color font you want it colored in. 4) Choose a shape for your logo below. You can also change its color fill if need-be. 5) Choose a yellow color to outline the shape. 6) Go back to your original layer and zoom out so you can see the whole logo, we now need to choose what color we want the logo and outline to be. 7) Now we will pick a color gradient depending on your style and preferences. 8) The rest is up to you! You can choose whatever colors you want! I hope this helps you understand how I do my logos. I know that this is not as fast as using programs such as adobe illustrator or corel draw, but it does save time, and it's free. Think of it as a cheap alternative. I will be posting updates to my logo making series here on the blog. I just want to start this off. This is very simple, and you can use any colors that you choose to color your lettering in. It only takes just a few seconds to do. Here are the steps: 1) Open Corel Draw. 2) Click on "Graphics" in the pulldown menu at the top left of the screen, "Illustrator" if you are using windows. 3) Click on shape drop down menu in bottom left corner, then click rectangle in small square option, then set size to 2x2 inches, this will give you a little space when your font is loaded. 4) Make sure that "New Text Layer" is selected. 5) Center your text and double click it. 6) Find your font and load it. 7) Right click and insert below the original text layer added, then choose double line break and save changes. 8) Go back to your original unmodified un-transformed text layer, right click, fill with white color, then go to another layer and fill with blue all the way around the edges of the lettering. 9) Go back to your original text layer and select all, right click save as... , name it logo.psd, save it to your desktop, then change all the units to centimeters. 10) Now go back to the new logo.psd that you saved on your desktop and click on "File" then select open with..., click on "Send To" and choose Paint Shop Pro 5 if using windows, Paint Shop Pro 6 if using Mac, Paint Shop Pro 6.1 for Mac. 11) Once opened in Paint Shop Pro save changes by clicking on diskette icon at bottom left of screen (or Save), then click OK to keep the original file untouched. cfa1e77820
